"Every region in Namibia has a Regional AIDS Committee of Education, RACE, consisting of various members of the regional office staff as
well as principals and other educators. Each RACE is in charge of
setting the priorities for the region and planning its budget and
annual plan of activities. While each RACE operates a little
differently, the core mission of RACE remains the same: to implement
the goals and objectives of the Ministry of Education in the respective regions."
